New By-Laws to be voted on at July meeting.Our council will be voting on whether or not to accept a new set of by-laws at the July meeting. The links below include the standard set of KC Council by-laws from Supreme along with a set of proposed amendments to those by-laws specifically for our council. At the July meeting we will first vote whether or not to accept the standard by-laws, followed by a vote for/against the proposed amendments. Assuming both measures pass, Supreme will be notified that we accept the standard by-laws and will also be notified of our requested amendments. Council 2191 serves the communities of Batavia, Geneva and Elburn. Our members belong to the following parishes: Council meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Columbian Club on Route 25 in Batavia.
